Born in Sri Lanka, lives in Canberra & sounds like he is from the deep south of America, Glen is a real world bluesman. Glen's debut CD - Soul Searchin has been a long time coming, but well worth the wait. With Glens soulful sweet voice & his blistering guitar playing, Glen could be as close to Buddy Guy that we will ever have in this country. With such superb production, this release will start to spread the word about this brilliant bluesman. Due to a young family & a wife that is a diplomat, Glen has done more work playing blues overseas than here at home. With the family getting older & his wife staying in Canberra for a while, we hope to see Glen gracing the stages of some Festivals & clubs around the country. This year Glen played the Blues On Broadbeach Festival & just a few weeks ago the Rock & Blues Festival at Towradgi (near Wollongong). Be prepared to see & hear a lot more from Glen in the near future.
